O R D E R

Earlier, this Court by an order dated 17.04.2021 in W.P.No.9548 of 2021 directed the 2nd respondent therein to consider the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P. No.438 of 2022 application dated 03.02.2021 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks. Alleging that, the order has not been complied within a stipulated period, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Ravikumar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent submitted that, in pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent Tahsildar had passed the order dated 20.10.2021 and also produced the copy of the order. Hence, this Contempt Petition may be closed.

3. Considering the fact that, the order passed by this Court has been complied with, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
