The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 294(b), 352, 323 and 506(2) of IPC in Crime No.12 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had impersonated as National Human Rights Commission Authorities and entered into a School and asked the school staffs to show the documents. When the defacto complainant questioned about the same, the petitioner abused the defacto complainant and the co-workers in an unparliamentary words and threatened them with dire consequences. Hence, the case.

3. Despite giving several opportunities, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
