..Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st Respondent in No.Na.Ka.5151/2010 Thu.Va.Tha.1, dated 26.10.2010 and to quash the same and to direct the Respondents to reinstate the Petitioner into service with all attendant benefits and other benefits.
