CRL. O.P. No.12409 of 2016 S. VAIDYANATHAN, J.

Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324 of IPC and in Crime No.136 of 2002 in C.C.No.550 of 2003 and on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as the petitioner has not appeared before the trial court, Non Bailable Warrant has been issued against the petitioner and hence he has come forward with the present petition for anticipatory bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] that the petitioner shall be directed appear before the trial court and file a petition under section 70(2) Cr.P.C.

4. Considering the submissions on either side, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court and to file necessary application and it shall be considered by the learned Magistrate in accordance with law and this petition is disposed of accordingly. 16.06.2016 vrc
