Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner / Accused No.3 & 4 and 2 in S.T.C Nos.373&5175 of 2020 on the file of the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate Court Nos.I & V,Coimbatore pending disposal of the Criminal original petition and grant such other further relieves as this Honble High Court deems fit and necessary in the nature and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
