These petitions have been filed to modify the condition as to report before the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai instead of the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for another period of two months in Crl.O.P.Nos.210 & 200 of 2023 vide order dated 06.01.2023.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserve to be considered favourably.
4.In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.210 and 200 of 2023 by order dated 06.01.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months.
