ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 324, 384, 506(ii) of I.P.C in crime No. 69 of 2021 on the file of respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had taken some refreshments from the defacto complainant's shop and failed to pay the money. Due to which there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the defacto complainant and the petitioner criminally intimated the defacto complainant and assaulted him and thereby he sustained grievous injuries Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional public prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is a rowdy element and he has one previous case under section 302 of I.P.C. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a rowdy element and he has involved another case under section 302 of I.P.C, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
