O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Review Petition has been instituted to review the order of this Court dated 24.01.2025 in W.P.No.39042 of 2024. Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, the Commissioner, Krishnagiri Municipality filed a status report which was recorded by this Court on 17.02.2025. While recording the report, this Court had further directed the Commissioner, Krishnagiri Municipality, Krishnagiri, to expedite the actions and conclude the same without causing any undue delay.

2. Learned Senior Counsel for the review petitioner would submit that actions have been initiated by Commissioner, Krishnagiri Municipality, Krishnagiri and penalty also has been paid.

3. Learned Senior Counsel would mainly contend that the review petition was filed when the writ petition was taken up for final hearing, however, the order of this Court would show that a direction was issued to the Commissioner, Krishnagiri Municipality, Krishnagiri, to act in accordance with law and provisions of the Act.

4. That being the case, no prejudice is caused to the review petitioner and that apart, further actions are initiated by issuing notice to the petitioner by Commissioner, Krishnagiri Municipality, Krishnagiri. Therefore, entertaining the present review petition would not arise at all. If at all any grievance exist to the review petitioner, he has to approach the competent authority to work out the remedy.

5. Since, the review petitioner has not established any error apparent warranting interference, the present Review Application stands dismissed. No costs.
