Gazette Issue No.69 dt. 05.03.2008 and the consequential demand notice issued by the 4th Respondent in Assessment No.Nil dt. Nil for the assessment year 2010-11 amounting to Rs.2,27,787/-, Rs.2,45,569/-, Rs.1,17,045/- and Rs.21,492/- respectively quash the same and consequently forbear the Respondents from demanding property tax from the petitioner run institutions.
