Order This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to correct the alleged wrong entry in the petitioner's Patta, morefully disclosed in the representation dated 10.11.2025 given by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent. 2.Since the aforesaid representation has not been considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2025, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2025 seeking for correction of the alleged wrong entry in the Patta standing in the name of the petitioner for the property, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
