When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been closed as "Mistake of Fact" and the final report has also been filed through e-filing in LTN20230001442C202600023, before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Poonamallee, on 14.02.2026. 3.
