Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute the sureties in Crl.M.P. No.3436 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.190 of 2020 order dated 16.03.2020 by one more week and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.U.CHANDRAMOULI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.E.RAJ THILAK, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time to execute the sureties in Crl.M.P.No.3436 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.190 of 2020.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that copy was made ready on 23.03.2020 and delivered on 16.04.2020. However, due to lock down and pandemic situation, the petitioner was not able to execute the sureties and comply with the condition imposed by this Court on 16.03.2020.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time is extended till 06.04.2022 for executing the sureties.

5. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted.

6. The petition is ordered accordingly.
