Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to construct the sump and pump room for R.O.System at any other place except at Kullappanar Street (North side) ward No.16 Thirupathur Town and Taluk Vellore District based on the petitioners representation dated 5.3.2015 and legal notice dated 6.4.2015.

By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner aggrieved by the construction of sump and pump room for Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) System at Kullappanar Street (Northern Side), submitted a representation dated 05.03.2015 followed by a legal notice dated 06.04.2015 stating that without hearing the objections of the residents including the petitioner, a proposal has been mooted and though the representation and the legal notice were received and acknowledged, he has not been favoured with any response, hence, came forward to file this writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petition.
3. Heard the submissions of Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondent.
4. Though, the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, this Court in the facts and circumstances of the case, is of the view that it would be suffice to direct the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2015 and the legal notice dated 06.04.2015, within a stipulated time.
5. In the result, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation and the legal notice, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2015 and the legal notice dated 06.04.2015, sent on his behalf, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and inform the decision taken to the petitioner.
6. The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
