(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.) Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also perused the contents of the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, as well as the order dated 29.8.2019 made in W.P.No.23827 of 2019. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to paragraphs 5 to 7 of the affidavit, and would submit, in the light of the reasons, the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Chennai is unable to adhere to the time limit prescribed by this Court in W.P.No.23827 of 2019, and prays for extension of time.

Per contra, Mr.C.Prasanna Venkatesh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 & 4, Mr.Varun Srinivasan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 60 & 61 and Mr.N.V.Srinivasan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 15,16,17,23,25,43,57,58,59,62,64 would submit that the arguments advanced on the side of the respondents, have 1/3
also been completed and under the guise of making reply to the submissions, it is the petitioner who has taken repeated adjournments, and therefore, the blame lies only at their doorsteps, and prays for appropriate orders.

In the light of the above facts and circumstances, extension of time is granted by three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, so as to enable the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Chennai to pronounce final orders in the pending O.A.No.434 of 2007 (Old O.A.No.216 of 1997).
