Though the respondents were served and their names were also printed in the causelist, there is no representation on their behalf. 2.

The plaintiffs in O.S.No.96 of 2014, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Mettupalayam, are the revision petitioners herein, and they have filed this Civil Revision Petition to direct the learned District Munsif, Mettupalayam, to dispose of the Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.376 of 2014, in O.S.No.96 of 2014, within the time, as stipulated by this Court. 3.

The plaintiffs filed the Suit in O.S.No.96 of 2014, for the relief of permanent injunction. In the said suit, the plaintiffs have filed I.A.No.376 of 2014, under Order XXXIX, Rules 1 and 2 CPC, for interim injunction. 4.

The learned counsel for the revision petitioners submitted that, though the application was filed by the plaintiffs/revision petitioners on 29.05.2014, the Trial Court has not disposed of the application yet. Further, the learned counsel submitted that, in view of the long pendency of the application, the revision petitioners are put to hardship and prejudice. 5.

Having regard to the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners, and taking into consideration the

limited prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, is directing the learned District Munsif, Mettupalayam, to dispose of the I.A.No.376 of 2014, in O.S.No.96 of 2014, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above observations, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
