This petition is filed to condone the delay of 34 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition against the fair and decretal order dated 21.11.2019 in I.A.No.206 of 2018 in O.S.No.172 of 2016 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Gudiyattam, Vellore District.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed.

5.The Registry is now required to number the CRP Sr.No.23489 of 2021, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the matter along with CRP.No.479 of 2021.
