Respondents PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd Respondent pertaining to the tender issued vide Na.Ka.No.3207/E1/2020 dated 17.02.2021 in so far as it requires bidders to have EPF and ESI registration and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to process the tender without insisting for EPF and ESI registration from the Petitioner in accordance with law.

This petition has been filed calling for the records of the 2nd Respondent pertaining to the tender issued vide Na.Ka.No.3207/E1/2020 dated 17.02.2021 in so far as it requires bidders to have EPF and ESI registration and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to process the tender without insisting for EPF and ESI registration from the Petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.The tender that has been put under challenge, dated 17.02.2021 is reported to have been postponed due to the Notification of the Election during the relevant point of time.
3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent submitted that in view of the postponement of the tender, the 2nd respondent can only proceed further by issuing a fresh tender notification and therefore, nothing will survive insofar as the present notification that has been put to challenge in this writ petition.
4.Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent, this writ petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
