The prayer sought for in the present revision petition is to allow this Revision Petition and set aside the Rejection order passed by the District Munsiff Court, Cheyyar in O.S.SR No.4860 of 2014 dated 18.12.2014 in unnumbered Original Suit and directing the Learned District Munsif, Cheyyar to number the Original Suit in Unnumbered O.S.SR.No.4860 of 2014 and take the suit on the file.

2. When the matter was listed on 19.12.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter came to be listed today, under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter was called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default.
