O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to conduct enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 21.12.2015.
2. Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while the petitioner was working as Secretary in the Uthukottai Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society, Tiruvallur District and discharging his duties satisfactorily without any blemish, all of a sudden, he was suspended from service on 18.12.2014 by the President of the Society citing the ground of pending investigation in respect of certain irregularities. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that as there was a previous enmity between the petitioner and the fourth respondent/Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies, the petitioner was victimized by way of placing him under suspension, that too without assigning any reason for passing of such suspension order The petitioner, in this regard, has requested the first respondent to conduct an enquiry on the basis of his representation dated 21.12.2015 and since no response was forthcoming, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition.
3. Mr.L.P.Shanmughasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3.
4. It is not known as to how the Writ Petition with such a prayer is maintainable viz., to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.12.2015. It is an admitted fact that the petitioner suffered an order of suspension dated 18.12.2014 in respect of certain irregularities, which are under investigation by the Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Tiruvallur. However, in order to wreck vengeance against the fourth respondent, who was serving as Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies, the petitioner has made a complaint against him to the first respondent forgetting the fact that the said authority has been assigned with the work of the petitioner. Besides, a perusal of the representation of the petitioner and the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition does not show any cause of action for the petitioner to come to this Court.
5. Thus, for the reasons stated above, the Writ Petition fails and accordingly, it is dismissed. No costs.
