Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in respect of his order dated 28.01.2011 and received by the petitioner on 01.02.2011 in respect of the document of the petitioner dated 14.11.2006 bearing P19/2007 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and thereby direct the 2nd respondent to make endorsement in the document "registered" as per Section 60 of the Indian Registration Act.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in respect of his order dated 28.01.2011 and received by the petitioner on 01.02.2011 in respect of the document of the petitioner dated 14.11.2006 bearing P19/2007 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and thereby direct the 2nd respondent to make endorsement in the document "registered" as per Section 60 of the Indian Registration Act.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
