This application has been filed to condone the delay of 642 days in representing the appeal in AS.SR.No.50172 of 2024 before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. It is seen that the earlier counsel, who was handling the matter was met with an accident, and therefore, the petitioner had to come up by way of change of vakalat to represent the appeal. The present counsel was incapacitated for want of papers to represent the appeal.
