The petitioner has filed this petition to condone the delay of 586 days in representing the appeal against the award passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Additional District Court, Namakkal, in MCOP No.766 of 2015, dated 24.10.2017.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
