It appears that on a complaint lodged by the opposite party, the second respondent has registered a case in crime No.279 of 2015 against the petitioner and it appears that this petitioner has been released on Anticipatory bail. As a counter blast, this petitioner has lodged the present complaint dated 15.05.2015 before the second respondent. Hence, the second respondent is directed to enquire into the present complaint dated 15.05.2015 and take action in accordance with law.
