Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner ; Mr.Mohamed Fayaz Ali, learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent and Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 13 and 14.

After advancing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to pursue his remedy in the pending suit in WOS.No.81/2016, on the file of the Wakf Tribunal [Court of Subordinate Judge, Krishnagiri] and also made an endorsement in the writ petition to that effect.

In the light of the endorsement made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for by the petitioner, is granted. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.

The Registry is directed to return the original impugned order to the learned counsel for the petitioner under due and proper acknowledgment.
