ORDER
Seeking to punish the respondents for the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated 06.08.2012 made in W.P.No.21161 of 2012, the petitioner has come forward with this contempt petition.

2. Today, it is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader that in compliance with the said order, the Government has issued G.O.(2D) No.135, Revenue (Ser.7-2) Department, dated 13.03.2015. The same is recorded.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in pursuance of the said Government Order, the monetary benefits are to be paid and the same are yet to be settled.
4. At this juncture, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the same would be settled in due course.
3. In view of the above, no more adjudication is required in this matter and the contempt petition is accordingly closed.
