2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide proper and adequate public toilet facility at the East Tambaram Bus Stand by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2015.

4. The petitioner is a resident of East Tambaram. The grievance of the petitioner is that the East Tambaram Bus Stand is not having public toilet facility. He sent a series of representations to the authorities concerned to provide suitable public toilet facility. However, till date no action has been initiated. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.7.2015 and do the needful at the earliest, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
