This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to providing a new agricultural service connection in the petitioner's application No.145/97/18 is pending before the 2nd respondent pertaining to the petitioner's agricultural lands in S.No.494/4, Samanthangkottai, Pudupalayam Village, Vanchipalayam, Tiruppur District.

2. When the matter was called on 06.06.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was listed today i.e., on 07.06.2024.

3. Today also, when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for 'non prosecution'. No costs.
