ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to construct the drainage and sewerage, thereby laying thar road/concrete road in the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, to enable the petitioner to have proper access to the petitioner's land described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner had submitted the aforesaid representation under the Self Sufficiency Scheme (Namakku Naame Thittam), by agreeing to contribute a portion of the expenditure as per the said scheme for laying thar road/concrete road in the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The aforesaid scheme was introduced by the Government of Tamil Nadu in G.O. (Ms). No. 87, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (SGS.1) Department, dated 26.03.2023. Since the representation of the petitioner dated 06.01.2026, referred to supra, has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this
writ petition. The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this writ petition in support of her representation. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the same.
3. M/s.N.Devi, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. M/s.C.Meera Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the 3rd respondent.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2026, requesting the respondents 1 and 2 to construct drainage and sewerage thereby laying thar road/concrete road in the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition under the Self Sufficiency Scheme (Namakku Naame), within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
