PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in G.O.268 Highways Minors Ports (HW2) dated 13.8.2010 of the 1st respondent issued under Section 15(1) of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34) and two consequential notices in file No.Na.Ka.412/2007/A1 dated 22.1.2011 issued by the 3rd 1/4
respondent for compensation enquiry and for delivery of possession of the property covered under said notices, quash the entire proceedings in so far as the property of the petitioner is concerned and consequently forbear the respondents from acquiring the property of the petitioner mentioned as Government wet (A). T.S.No.5 (old Survey No.242-5 part), now subdivided as T.S.No.5.2 belonging to the petitioner bounded on the north by T.S.No.4, east by T.S.No.7, south by T.S.No.6 and west by ward - E 0.0062.0 square meters in G.O. 268 Highways and Minor Ports (HW2) dated 13.8.2010 on the file of the first respondent but described in the notices of the third respondent as part of ground floor, two shops of the first floor, stair case and iron gate in part of survey No.242/5 part of Town Survey No. 5/2, Tambaram Taluk, Ward No.F and Block No.13, Alandur Town, Kancheepuram District.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash a Government Order issued by the first respondent in so far as the petitioner is concerned and to forbear the respondents from acquiring his property. 2/4
2. Heard both.
3. All the connected writ petitions pertaining to the same batch were dismissed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.6954 of 2011 etc. cases by a common order dated 23.8.2022. This writ petition must also reach the same fate.
4. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed in line with the common order dated 23.8.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 6954 of 2011 etc. cases. No costs.
