(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM.,J) The petitioner, viz., Smt.Hemavathi, is present before this Court. With the assistance of the respondent/Police, the son of the petitioner, viz., Sathish Kumar, the detenu herein, was rescued and now he joined with the petitioner. In view of the statement made by the writ petitioner before this Court, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of other grounds raised in this habeas corpus petition and the same stands closed.
