ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent to consider the representation dated 31.12.2019 and detain petitioner's son Hari @ Harikrishnan (OJCT No.1277) as a regular convict of Chennai Sessions Division in Central https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Prison, Puzhal.

2. Mr.G.Ravikumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.12.2019, with regard to his son's transfer from Central Prison, Puzhal to Central Prison, Salem, within a period of four weeks on merits and in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
