ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) Seeking a direction to the respondents to construct a new building for the RTO, Meenambakkam at S.No.1467 of Alandur Village with all amenities and modern facilities specifically for the RTO, Meenambakkam, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. The petitioner made a representation on 27.01.2020 to the respondents making a request that in the training place itself, the office of the Road Transport Authority may be established.
3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that already some steps have been taken in this regard, though there is no evidence to substantiate the same. Therefore, the request made by the petitioner may be directed to be considered.
4. Considering the submissions made and without going into the merits of the case, we direct respondents 1 and 3 to look into the same and dispose of within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to give another copy of the aforesaid representation along with the copy of this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
5. Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly with the above directions. No Costs.
