This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the rejection letter issued by the respondent police refusing to grant permission to conduct cultural programme.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. In the considered view of this Court, during the present pandemic situation, it is better to avoid any congregations. This Court has been consistently, passing such orders and this Court does not want to create an exception in this case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
