The Civil Revision Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The Revision is against the long pendency of Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.1/1999 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore (Inam Abolition Appellate Tribunal). sk periodically adjourned for production of records from District Collector. There were lot of hearings between 1999 and 2017. In any event, the pendency of this interlocutory application for the past 18 years is not acceptable. Thus, the matter is prolonged without any progress even after hearing the arguments of the respondents. Therefore, a direction is issued to the Principal Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore (Inam Abolition Appellate Tribunal) to dispose of the interlocutory application in IATA.No1/1999 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.

In the result, The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
