By order dated 27.02.2020, this Court directed the Court below to dispose O.S.No.304 of 2007 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Now, the I Additional District Judge, Erode has requested this Court to grant further period of three months to dispose of the aforesaid case. On the ground that due to nationwide lock-down imposed to curb Covid-19 pandemic, the direction issued by this Court could not be complied with.
