Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 10.07.2013 of the petitioner regarding furnishing of information order RTI Act and furnish full information sought for in the Application dated 08.01.2013.

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2013 regarding furnishing of information order under the RTI Act and furnish full information sought for in the Application dated 08.01.2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. If at all, the public information officer has not furnished the informations sought for by the applicant, then the aggrieved person is at liberty to approach the Appellate authority for the purpose of getting information as per the application. Thus, the petitioner has to approach the State Commission for the purpose of redressing her grievances.

3. With this liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
