This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report (FIR) in Crime No.17 of 2023 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.17 of 2023, charge sheet has been filed through e-filing on 27.07.2025 vide e-filing No.RCS2TN20230002385C20250077 before the Mahila Court, Alandur.
