PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 24.09.2010 made in Ta.Ti.8/2008-2009 'E' and quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 24.09.2010 made in Ta.Ti.8/2008-2009 'E' and quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned. 2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner died and the learned counsel has no instruction from anyone on behalf of the petitioner to adjudicate this matter any further. Hence, he prays to dismiss the matter as abated. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
