The petition is filed seeking to amend the cause title so as to include the correct name of the Managing Partner of the 1st respondent firm as Mrs. Imelda Cleetus instead of Mr.Cleetus Vincent. The petitioner also wants to amend the description of the 2nd respondent as Ms.Susan George, daughter of Mr.Cleetus Vincent instead of wife of Mr.Cleetus Vincent..

2. This amendment application has been filed by the petitioner based on the letter addressed by counsel appearing for the 1st respondent on 14.02.2022 giving the correct details of the partners of the 1st respondent firm.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the same is allowed.
