Petition under Article 115 of C.P.C, against the grounds of Civil Revision Petition against the Fair and Decreetal order dated 16.7.2014 made in I.A.No.2988 of 2014 in O.S.No.6127 of 2009 on the file of the I Assistant City Civil Court Judge, Chennai(in CRP.No.672 of 2015) and;

(2)Against the Fair and Decreetal order dated 16.7.2014 made in I.A.No.2989 of 2014 in O.S.No.6127 of 2009 on the file of the I Assistant City Civil Court Judge, Chennai(in CRP.No.673 of 2015) Order: This petition coming on for Extension of time on the Ninth day of September Two Thousand Twenty One and persuing the earlier order dated 04.11.2020 and letter dated 09.07.2021 vide D.No.7507 From the Principal Judge,City civil Court,Chennai-104, this court made the following order:- By a common order dated 04.11.2020, this Court disposed of the Civil Revision Petitions with a direction to the learned VIII Assistant Judge, (FAC) I Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.6127 of 2009, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.The learned I Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, by a letter to the Registry, dated 05.07.2021, seeks extension of time on the ground that due to Covid-19 lock down, cross examination of P.W.1 could not be taken and the case is pending.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned I Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, three months time is hereby granted to dispose of O.S.No.6127 of 2009, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
