The present writ petition is filed against an interim order passed in M.A.No.84 of 2010 on the file of the Industrial Tribunal, Chennai.

2. It is now brought to the notice of this Court that the main Industrial dispute itself has been disposed of on 03.10.2013. As such, the interim order, which is impugned in the present Writ Petition also has lapsed.

3. Hence, no effective orders can be passed in the present petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
