Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 9.9.2017 in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.168/1, admeasuring 2400 sq. ft., situated at Old Plot No.72, New Plot No.82, in Bank Colony, Madhavaram, Thiruvallur District.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 9.9.2017 in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.168/1, admeasuring 2400 sq. ft., situated at Old Plot No.72, New Plot No.82, in Bank Colony, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Madhavaram, Thiruvallur District.

2. The learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, made a submission that the representation submitted by the writ petitioner has already taken on file and the enquiry has already commenced.

3. Thus, the authorities concerned shall proceed with the enquiry by providing opportunity to all the parties concerned and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
