registered in Crime No.6 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 120(b), 294(b), 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 506(i) of IPC.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Respondents Police are directed to record the statements of the witnesses and find out any other offences made out and investigate the same.
