2.Heard the learned counsel.

3.Paragraph 2 and 3 of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.6173 of 2022 dated 04.07.2022 read as follows;

"2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after conducting investigation in Crl.M.P.No.915 of 2021 the same has been closed.

3.Such view of the matter, the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II Cum Special Judicial Magistrate, Attur Salem District becomes automatically infructuous". This Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
