This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to execute the Non-Bailable warrant issued by learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Egmore in M.P.No.3 of 2023 in DVC No.157 of 2016.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for first respondent submitted that the accused surrendered and filed an application for recalling the warrant and the warrant was also recalled and the case is posted for hearing on 16.04.2024.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
