This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 29.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29116 of 2023 to report before the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides and perused the records.

3. The petitioner had never appeared before the respondent police.

4. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
