This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 06.11.2013 made in I.A.No.32 of 2011 in HMOP No.27 of 2005 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Gudiyatham, Vellore District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sole respondent died on 17.09.2017 leaving none as her Class 1 legal heirs and the revision has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
