This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register the complaint dated 25.05.2016, investigate the same and to file final report before the court having jurisdiction.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On a complaint given by one Tamilarasan, a case in Cr.No.133 of 2016 for offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 324, and 307 IPC has been registered against the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

herein. As a counter blast, the petitioner has given the present complaint. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the police to register an FIR.

In the result, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
