Alleging the violation of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.12121/2016 dated 28.04.2016, the present https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ contempt petition has been filed.

When the matter is called, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that after the disposal of the appeal in W.A.No.1262 of 2016 by the Division Bench of this Court, the order of this Court has been complied with by providing a compassionate appointment to the petitioner as Junior Assistant and he has also produced the Proceedings of the Chief Educational Officer, Namakkal dated 11.09.2018 3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner has also agreed to the same.

Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
