Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to permit the petitioner to run a small Bunk Shop / Tea shop in Ambattur Industrial Estate Area (or)Pudur (Or) Kallikuppam Area in Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District for his survival.

run a small bunk shop. Since no action is forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Such a request can only be made before the Vending Committee constituted pursuant to the orders of this court.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the Vending Committee. No costs.
